Wow, they are as professional as it gets and better yet completely well trained and knowledgeable in regard to grinder pumps. They went through everything with us in understandable detail and left us feeling super secure and comfortable with our new service provider. I can’t tell you how grateful I am to not only get such great service, but also their response time, and attention to the issue in such a timely matter. They arrived to me in MA from CT within a couple of hours! Not to mention they did a job in between! To have that last minute service meant everything to me. I cannot thank Dean and his team enough. We have had nothing but non stop problems with our ejector pump set up over the past 5 years. We have had multiple plumbers and rooter companies to try to address the leaking and overflow problems. Dean diagnosed the problem over the phone. Came out with a team the next business day and solved several plumbing issues in the one call. Really appreciate the service and honest solution that he provided. Definitely going to call him first for any other drain/plumbing related issues.

Purchased a fiberglass sewer basin cover for a 30 year old basin. Quality was great. I had to modify it a bit due to diameter differences. I could not bolt it down, alignment issues. Had to use silicon sealant.

Dean and his crew do a great job serving my pump. They clean it the way it should be done. No shortcuts. Recently had Dean make a new top cover for the pump. I was having a problem with the alarm going off on my sewerage ejection pump panel. Dean came out and quickly diagnosed it as a float switch. Dean was able to complete the repair and get everything back up and running in about an hour. I would highly recommend Patriot Pump. And would not hesitate to use them again.
